Hello, We had a great weekend of boxing and visited the following
boxes "Nursing Log"(Ink pad was missing. We left our spare green one.)
"Take it Easy","Tree for all Seasons","Little Red Schoolhouse" and
the very nice "Day of the DragonKing" series (Great stamps !! :) ).
Was wondering if "Frosty Drew" has fallen victim to the brush
clearing going on here or are we just very confused?
Really looking forward to Saturday. Has anyone thought of some way to
virtually connect the two gatherings?

as far as I know the location of Frosty Drew is not effected by the
brush clearing. I have never been able to find this letterbox myself
after numerous tries I have given up.

Brian & TeamGreenDragon, can you tell me more about the "Tree for
all Seasons" in RI? I have never heard of it. How can I get clues?

We were told that "Frosty Drew" was no longer there at this fall's
Mystery Gathering. There is, however, another box "Nibiru" that was
in that general area.

Hello Janet,
Clues for "A Tree For All Seasons" are listed on the map under
Eastern Ma . Its in the town of Dover in Norfolk County. Its a Great
idea of LoneMassWolfs. The stamp changes seasonally and will be
retired after the summer. You have already missed fall but winter is
there now.

Did you get youre name "Moonstone" from the beach in Charlestown ?

Thanks for the Info. :)
Is it alright to ask if it was where we thought? Amongst one of the
cement things with the poles sticking up ?

Hi Brian,
thanks for the info. I will have to get out to this tree to get the
remaining 3 seasons. Yes, I live near moonstone beach & can see the
beach (way off in the distance) from my house. [a little known
secret -- moonstone beach is in South Kingstown but everyone thinks
it is in Charlestown]
thanks,
Janet

The "Tree For All Seasons" is one of my boxes.
It is in Massachusetts, not Rhode Island.

Hi Janet! That was one we planted for the Mystery Gathering, and the
clues are at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/letterbox-usa/message/17429
It's still there but we plan on re-clue-ing it with a pair of new
boxes we're working on. The whole "pole shift" thing got boring so
we're making it into a CS Lewis series. Have fun with it!
